YSC Portal Opens for CWSF Registration
The YSC Portal becomes available for regional coordinators to begin the CWSF registration process for their delegation.
April 20, 2026
Finalist Registration Deadline
All finalist registrations must be completed in the YSC Portal by 11:59 PM PDT. This includes personal information, project details, and other requirements.
April 30, 2026
ProjectBoard Project Completion Deadline
All finalist projects must be fully completed on ProjectBoard by 11:59 PM PDT. This includes all required documentation, research, and presentation materials.
May 23 - May 30, 2026
Canada-Wide Science Fair
CWSF will be held in Edmonton, Alberta. Travel days are May 23 and May 30.

  • Registration deadlines are firm. Late registrations may not be accepted, which could result in your region not being fully represented at CWSF.
  • ProjectBoard project completion is crucial for judging preparation. Incomplete projects may impact the judging process.
